Alameda Addition

1250 square feet were added to this Alameda Craftsman home including a family room in a previously unfinished basement, master suite with bathroom, guest suite with bathroom, mud room, and sunken Ipe deck with pergola in the back yard. Custom built in cabinetry in the family room include an entertainment center and a wet bar with mini fridge. Norman Sanchez Architecture did a fantastic job incorporating original details for a seamless look and a creative use of space.
